Onsite Bespoke Support
The NHS Elect network works across a wide range of providers and commissioners of services. We offer bespoke support for projects to all our members as part of membership. Operating as a network allows us to share knowledge across the network and to recycle successful solutions to other members dealing with similar situations. NHS Elect has supported a considerable number of projects for our members across the whole range of our offer.
Some examples of our bespoke work on individual sites includes:
- Support to Individual Projects
- Clinical pathway development
- Service improvement projects including reviews of elective and emergency processes
- Integration projects including supporting clinical collaboration
- Develop market management strategies for commissioners
- Support in writing and responding to tenders
- Foundation Trust business planning
- Marketing support and website design
