HSJ Event: Commissioning Forum South 2012
As set out in the NHS Operating Framework for 2012-13; clinical commissioning groups will be given £25 per head of population to spend on management from 2013-14.
As you develop your CCG and prepare for authorisation, you will need to:
- Develop relationships with local partners and play an active role in the emerging health and wellbeing board
- Identify how you wish to secure commission support
- Agree governance plans locally
